“Baby, it’s cold outside,” well not so much as the national average was 11 degrees warmer than normal. This warm trend will continue this week; thus pricing will continue to stay soft. The chart below shows natural gas price updates at different city gates. The Algonquin in the Northeast suffers from pipeline congestion, thus it is almost always the highest price point.
